Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All prices displayed are placeholders. Final pricing is confirmed in your official quote.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@omniareflect.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items Due to the fragile and made-to-order nature of some of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Custom-made or made-to-order mirrors are non-returnable once production has begun, as they are created specifically to your requested size, finish, or specification. However, if a custom item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
